Dr. Mileski's surgery for my shoulder really restored my range of motion back to a pain-free state. That's huge. I was impressed at the surgery center the day of the operation with all the prepping procedures, friendliness of the staff in attendance and punctuality of the surgery.
I was not happy, however, with the fact that nearly every office visit involved waiting well beyond the time of the appointment before being seen. I can appreciate the fact that this can also reflect a doctor who takes the time required to fully address patients' needs. But the consistency of being significantly behind schedule - from 20 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes - for every office visit was annoying and inconvenient.

Dr. Mileski is a competent, kind, personable and engaging doctor. He listens well, analyzes your condition and creates a treatment plan with an aim to get you feeling better as soon as possible. I have seen him for seen him for my shoulders, knees and hips. I highly recommend him!

My son saw Dr Mileski for elbow injury. We previously saw him for ankle injury. Dr M is friendly, thorough, and takes the time to explain injuries and neeed care going forward. Very satisfied with our experiences with Dr M.

Both my husband and I have known Dr. Mileski for about 20 years. He has done both my husbands knee replacements as well as both his shoulder replacements as well as some other arthritis related surgeries. He has also done my shoulder rotator cuff surgery last May. Now I will have my knee arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus this coming week. He is very good and very thorough. Always watching to keep you from any infection.

Dr Mileski has taken care of my son and myself. My son, a football player, tore his meniscus in a game and he saw him immediately. He also scheduled surgery asap and my son healed very quickly and was able to return to football in no time. He also repaired my meniscus with no hiccups. I highly recommend this brilliant Doctor

Very knowledgeable doctor. Spent the time to look at my ankle, talk me through my options, and provided a good explanation of what to expect and what steps to take next. Very realistic. I highly recommend going to see Dr Mileski for any foot or ankle injury that needs extra attention.
