Dr Mileski is awesome. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to thoroughly investigate & explain all options. I had previously visited another orthopedic surgeon for the same left knee. This first doctor said my only option was knee replacement. Thank goodness I decided to get another opinion & found Dr. Mileski.... What a difference in the best possible way! Dr Mileski took things a step further & ordered an MRI. When the MRI results were available, we decided to go a different route & I am happy to say my knee has improved quite a bit, so knee replacement is on the back burner for now. Thank you Dr. Mileski, you rock!! PS - His office staff is fabulous too.

Dr. Mileski is very exact, professional and explains procedures so the patient can understand. He answers all your questions and demonstrates what you are to do. I like that he smiles a lot And is energetic.!

I'm torn. Dr. Mileski seemed nice, but in a big hurry. He asked me questions, but I never got a chance to finish my answers, because he would immediately ask another. I felt like I was rushed through the appointment. He did order physical therapy, which was my preference, but I'm not sure I will go back to him. Maybe he was having a bad day?

Dr. Mileski was very willing to spend the time with me to discuss why I am a candidate for shoulder replacement; the differences between ‘normal’ and ‘reverse’ shoulder replacement; and to answer all my questions. I appreciated having a very open conversation.

Dr. Mileski requested his office staff to send in an order to SMIL for a MRI and after 3 days, I hadn’t heard anything from SMIL to schedule an appointment. SMIL said they hadn’t received an order. I called Dr. Mileski’s office and was told they forgot to send in the order. That was on December 19th and I never did hear back.

I saw Dr. Mileski regarding treatment for my L/Knee. I have been putting off Total Knee Replacement (TKR) for more than 10 years. Once he viewed the X-rays he said you need TKR. We then discussed other treatment options. I have had multiple injections through the years including Protein Rich Plasma (PRP). He recommended a new program of combining anti-inflammatory injections in conjunction with a PRP injection. We moved forward. I had great results for approximately 8 to 12 weeks, then symptoms returned. Based one this and after reviewing all of my previous treatments and injections, he said, he had no more tricks up he sleeve. I loved he said it like that. We moved forward with TKR. My results have been extraordinary. I am glad we did it and so very fortunate to have had Dr. Mileski perform this procedure for me. I would look no further for Orthopedic treatment other than Dr. Mileski and the Phoenix Orthopedic Group

Dr. Mileski is an answer to prayer! He is truly a genuine person and doctor that showed me compassion and understanding of my “unanswered “ condition. I fully trust that after we get my MRI results he will prescribe the correct treatment.

Dr Mileski along with Charlie and Cortney have been there 100%. They have answered any questions that I had. I'm only 5 along after surgery. There is plenty of aches and pains to contend with, but their reassurance is keeping me on track. Very intimate careand they tell it like it is .
